OpenID single sign-on

Bring your own identity provider — Authentik, Keycloak, Okta, Entra ID or any compliant OIDC issuer — with group-to-role mapping.

Permission model

Three roles, scoped by assignment

Roles set the ceiling; assignments set the reach. A grant can never let an account do more than its role allows, and every mutating request re-checks both before it touches a platform.

Administrator

Adds and removes infrastructure, grants access and manages the alerting engine — for platforms they own or that are assigned to them.

Operator

Views and modifies the resources assigned to them: start, stop, restart and edit metadata. Cannot add or delete infrastructure.

Read-only

Sees everything assigned to them and nothing else. Every mutating action is blocked server-side.
